1. Appointment to discuss design and special requests

2. Price and design agreed upon, deposit price paid

3. Bodice fitting appointment to ensure all sizing is correct

4. Extra fittings where necessary to ensure you are happy with the dress

5. Collect your finished dress and wear it with pride and enjoyment!

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are not accepted as these bespoke dresses are made to order. Change of mind is not an option.

Where possible, we will endeavour to correct any misfitting items to your satisfaction.
